Hallowen afterparty update

Hello Everyone,

The following things are included:

1. Three more levels for the Halloween set. Now, the Halloween map is complete.

2. The basket UI that allows you to see how many resources characters have at the moment.

3. Indicative signs showing whenever a character must return home at the end of the level or leave the location.
